Paver Patios

Custom interlocking paver patios built on commercial-grade base prep. 3V designs and installs patios, pool decks, and outdoor dining areas with proper compaction, drainage, and joint sand sealing for a surface that stays flat and beautiful through Utah's freeze-thaw cycles. Every patio is engineered from the base up.

    Commercial-Grade Base Prep

A paver patio is only as good as what's underneath it. We excavate to the depth your soil and use demand, install geotextile, and compact an aggregate base in lifts, the identical process we used on Home Depot and Walmart sites across four states. This is why our patios resist the heaving and settling that destroys paver surfaces installed over a thin sand base. In Northern Utah, freeze-thaw cycles make that base the make-or-break detail: a patio laid on a proper base stays flat for decades, while one laid on sand heaves within a season or two.

    Custom Design & Patterns

From clean-running bond to herringbone, circles, and inlay accents, we design patterns that fit your space and style. Pool decks get non-slip surfaces and proper slope to drains; dining areas are sized for furniture and foot traffic. Every patio is laid with tight joints, cut precisely at edges, and finished with polymeric joint sand that locks in place and resists weeds and ants. The pattern isn't just decorative: herringbone and interlocking patterns distribute load better, which matters on driveways and high-traffic patios.

    Sealing & Longevity

Joint sand sealing protects against washout, weed germination, and insect intrusion while stabilizing the surface. We recommend sealing after installation and on a maintenance cycle to extend the life and look of your patio. Because we control the whole build in-house, base prep, laying, and sealing are coordinated, so there are no gaps and no callbacks. A sealed patio resists stains, stays cleaner, and keeps its color longer, protecting your investment through years of Utah weather and use.
